Andrew is employed by the West Herts NHS Trust, comprising Watford General Hospital, Hemel Hempstead General Hospital, St Albans City Hospital and the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. He also practices in the private sector, and has recently become a founder member of Alliance Surgical, an independent group of consultants in the UK,

Andrew holds 2 clinics every week in the NHS at St Albans City Hospital, where he also does a day surgery operating session. He does his main operating session on a weekly basis at Watford General Hospital, and has a cystoscopy list every week at Hemel Hempstead General Hospital. He also has a fortnightly joint cancer clinic at Hemel Hempstead Hospital, together with Dr Jeanette Dickson, who is a clinical oncologist with a special interest in urological cancers at Mount Vernon Hospital, the regional cancer centre. In the private sector, he conducts a clinic every Tuesday morning at SPIRE Hospital Harpenden, and every Friday morning at SPIRE Hospital, Bushey. He also does a clinic on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the Hertfordshire Clinic in St Albans.
